Move Yourself Dance encourages students of all ages and levels to come out and dance! We aim to create an energetic, artistic and positive dance environment for youth and adults within the communities of Sundre, Olds and surrounding area.

Move Yourself Dance Ltd. is a privately-owned company. Because you are paying us to teach dance and take care of all the details of organizing events and providing the education and services, you do not have to provide or pay for any additional volunteer hours!

Christine Rosenberger together with Randi Larway, Heidi Overguard and Alana Hoever joined creative forces in 2009 to offer an exciting new dance program for youth and adults in Sundre. Our instructors specialize in:

• Hip Hop
• Tap
• Musical Theatre

Our students range in ages from 3 to adult, and beginning through advanced level of training. In just their third year of operation, Move Yourself Dance Ltd. has been harvesting awards for dancers and their choreographers in Alberta festivals — while maintaining a fun and nurturing environment for our students.

Move Yourself Dance Ltd. also offers Adult Zumba™, Yoga and dance classes in Tap and Hip Hop. From the earliest First Steps Music & Movement to adult fitness, even a hip hop class just for the boys, Move Yourself literally covers it all from A to Z!

We look forward to having a performance troupe which will be entertaining and delighting audiences throughout the community with free performances and fundraising events. Keep an eye out for us!
